Jessica Apfel

Jessica brings a sense of humor, grounding presence, attentiveness, and emotional awareness to each of her clients. Her ultimate goal as a doula is to provide the birthing person with an abundance of support, nourishment, and resources throughout their journey to parenthood as well as help her clients navigate choices to best fit their needs. Mindfulness and trauma-informed practices greatly inform her approach to both her birth work and her work as a prenatal yoga teacher.
