Birth Doula
There is something so beautiful that happens at a birth. It is a time when fear and doubts of your ability to do this is pushed aside, and what emerges is a strong, capable, powerful person who was there the whole time! Erica genuinely believes that everyone deserves to be supported and loved on, with gentleness and kindness during this life changing time. As your birth doula she takes a holistic approach while you work together. She comes to you with knowledge, resources, and a team of sisters behind her. Erica does not have an agenda for your birth, she wants to help you in finding the answers you need and respecting those choices. She loves using various comfort measures such as counter pressure, essential oils, massage, and of course breathing techniques. This is your threshold to cross, however Erica will be there every step of the way! She trusts you, she believes in you, and she trusts the process!

What families are saying

Erica is the doula you want, period. Her deep knowledge on pregnancy/labor/postpartum is readily apparent. Her outpouring of empathy and desire to know and cater to the individual needs of her client is unmatched. Her response to questions as they come up during pregnancy is rapid, knowledgeable, and caring. -M.T.
Erica's impact on my wife during labor was nothing short of extraordinary. She provided calming reassurance, teaching her breathing techniques and offering tools and resources that helped her navigate the intensity of labor. Her presence was a soothing force, and she had an incredible way of calming my wife during the most challenging moments. Her role extended beyond just support for my wife; she was a coach, cheerleader, and advocate for both of us. Her words of affirmation and encouragement were not only what my wife needed to hear, but they were also a source of strength for me. -A.P.
Christine was a calming voice in the birthing room, and an advocate for me when things got hard. Postpartum she has continued to be a support person as questions have arisen.
