Warm, nourishing recipes will feed your whole family during this transition while you explore the routines and rituals that best suit your life.
Colleen trained with Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings (BADT) as a Postpartum Doula and Lactation Educator because of their commitment to humanity, accessibility, and inclusivity. When she’s not working you can catch Colleen walking her two dogs through the neighborhood or hosting loved ones. Podcasts, pop music, and phone calls with friends are the soundtrack to her life.
