Chelsea believes that every experience, relationship, and turning point in life leads us exactly where we’re meant to be. For you, that may be this pregnancy. For her, that place is supporting families through the tender transitions of birth and postpartum. As a doula, she brings a calm, steady presence and a deep commitment to client-centered care. Her approach is rooted in nourishment—emotional, physical, and informational—helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to make informed choices throughout their journey. In birth spaces, Chelsea creates a grounded and collaborative environment, always attuned to the unique needs of the birthing person. She supports clients in exploring their preferences, navigating the unknowns, and feeling emotionally held through every stage of labor. In the postpartum period, Chelsea takes a rest-focused, restorative approach that centers the healing and well-being of the birthing parent. While everyone is (rightfully!) focused on the baby, she finds joy in tending to the parent, ensuring they feel resourced, nourished, and supported as they recover and adjust to their new role. Chelsea is passionate about reviving the village model of care in modern homes, offering thoughtful, hands-on support, practical resources, and a grounding presence during this transformative time. She believes that when new parents are truly cared for, they can show up more fully for themselves, their babies, and their families.

What families are saying

I will forever be grateful that Chelsea was my doula... Looking back, I know for certain my birth experience would not have been the same without her. She provided a pause at every stage where we had to make a decision or digest a new piece of information. She helped me advocate for myself and stay in charge of my own experience, rather than get swept away by the routines and expectations of the hospital. When I was discouraged she kept me in the game. When I didn’t know what to do, she reminded me what my options were. When I was exhausted and defeated, she responded with so much kindness, empathy, care, and encouragement. No matter which direction it seemed like the birth was going in that moment, she brought evidence based information and expertise to help us make decisions about what to do next. I fully believe her skills and knowledge helped me avoid a C-Section and achieve the vaginal birth I deeply desired. Chelsea’s postpartum support was also incredibly valuable. Knowing we had her on our side as a voice of reason and reassurance helped us navigate those early days of chaos with a little more ease. She was a lifeline of sanity and calm, and I truly felt how much she was rooting for us as new parents. I am so deeply grateful for Chelsea and I would recommend her to anyone navigating this major life change. You will receive exceptional care, nourishment, support, and kindness.
Chelsea supported me physically, emotionally, and practically through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Her calm, compassionate presence made me feel truly seen, heard, and empowered. She listens deeply, communicates with warmth and clarity, and offers thoughtful guidance that helped me navigate every step of the journey. From nourishing meals to quiet encouragement, her care felt natural and effortless. I truly can’t imagine going through that season without her. -Tess M.
Christine was a calming voice in the birthing room, and an advocate for me when things got hard. Postpartum she has continued to be a support person as questions have arisen.
