Caitlin always knew she'd end up in birthwork some day, but it wasn't until she attended the birth of her friend in 2016 that she realized this is where she was meant to be. After giving birth herself in 2022, she decided to learn as much as she could about all things lactation and is now an IBCLC in training. She has trained with Birth Day Presence, Manhattan Birth, Cornerstone Birthwork, and completed Babywearing for Birthworkers with Most Partum. In her work, Caitlin always leads with an open heart, mind and listening ears. Her goal is to help you feel empowered and informed in all the decisions you make throughout your pregnancy, postpartum and feeding journey. When you work with Caitlin you will feel supported and nurtured as you prepare for birth and parenthood. Caitlin provides resources and education about all topics that come up in the process. As an RN who has worked in the hospital setting, she has insider knowledge about how to navigate choices that can support your birth goals. With respect to the postpartum period specifically, she is very knowledgeable about postpartum nourishment, bodyfeeding, and babywearing.

What families are saying

I can earnestly say that working with Caitlin was one of the best decisions in my pregnancy. With Caitlin, my husband and I felt comfortable asking our many questions as they arose and discussing our honest thoughts. Caitlin prepared us, in advance, on how to advocate for ourselves at the hospital - and as plans inevitably shift, she worked with us on how to message our decisions to the hospital staff. As labor intensified, and the positivity and patience was running out on my end, Caitlin remained a pillar of support for not only me, as the birthing person, but also helped my husband remain calm and reassured. -Christine
As a first time parent, I was very overwhelmed with breastfeeding and worried about my supply. I was having some trouble with my daughter’s latch and I was concerned she wasn’t getting enough with each feed. Caitlin was so amazing when I reached out for help; she was calm, supportive and validating. She came to my apartment and sat with me during a time when I felt so lonely and overwhelmed. Just her physical presence was helpful, but her knowledge with breastfeeding was extremely beneficial. -L.C.
Christine was a calming voice in the birthing room, and an advocate for me when things got hard. Postpartum she has continued to be a support person as questions have arisen.
