Alanah believes that every family deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. As a Birth & Postpartum Doula, Prenatal and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Sound Healing Practitioner, and holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she blends evidence-based education with holistic wellness practices to support families through one of life’s most transformative experiences. Her calm, compassionate approach empowers parents to make informed decisions while nurturing emotional well-being, confidence, and connection. Alanah has a special passion for supporting first time parents as they navigate the unknowns of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. She recognizes that every family’s journey is unique and honors each client’s goals, whether they are planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, an induction, a cesarean birth, or simply desire continuous, compassionate support throughout labor. During the postpartum period, she provides nurturing care that allows families to rest, recover, build confidence in caring for their newborn, and adjust to their new rhythm with reassurance and practical guidance. Drawing from her background in psychology, yoga, mindfulness, and birth work, Alanah thoughtfully incorporates breathwork, meditation, prenatal yoga, and sound healing when desired to help reduce stress and foster a deeper mind-body connection. She believes birth is more than a medical event, it is a profound life transition that deserves compassionate care, informed advocacy, and unwavering support. Her goal is for every family to feel respected, empowered, and deeply cared for from pregnancy through postpartum.

Christine was a calming voice in the birthing room, and an advocate for me when things got hard. Postpartum she has continued to be a support person as questions have arisen.
