Who We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Are trained in birth and/or postpartum doula care

  • Practice inclusive, client-centered, evidence-based care

  • Communicate clearly and reliably

  • Value collaboration over competition

We especially welcome doulas from diverse backgrounds, languages, and lived experiences so we can better support the needs of New York City metro area families.
