After working with hundreds of women going back to work after maternity leave, Emily designed a much needed Back To Work 101 Curriculum.  She educates and supports women as they make this, often at times, difficult transition in the very early stages of motherhood.  Emily calls on her twenty years of experiences in professional sales, marketing and the nonprofit world, as well as her personal experience of adjusting back to work after her first son was born to help new mothers.  

Emily has been published in The Huffington PostFortune Magazine and Redbook Magazine and has become a solid voice in the movement for paid maternity leave in America.  Emily understands the value of working mothers in our changing society and aspires to help companies and families bridge the gap between parent and employee.
